Okay, so I got in touch with my realtor. Like I said, it's also a guy and his wife who work together, and I got in touch with him. I'm finally going to start looking tomorrow morning. So it is ON.

You know, we're always complaining that there's nothing to do, you know, since we live in Denver, and it sucks. Maybe we ought mix in some culture or something. Take in a little theater, or the symphony. Stuff that gives us an excuse to dress up, go out for a nice dinner, and be all-around pretentious assholes.
