Dude, Midway Arcade Treasures 2 has all three original Kombats on it. I think that I may pick up a copy on the way home. Oh yeah, Ninja Gaiden is fucking hard. Fighting the worms is the worst thing ever.

Oh yeah, I found out... this "Coors Amphitheatre" bullshit, yeah, that's Fiddler's Green.
|
Well, it looks like the Evangelion Set everyone wants is finally coming out.

Fuck, in addition to all the losers who will be there, I realized (or finally stopped denying) that I'm also going to have to get into fighting shape to see all those ugly chicks cosplaying in outfits they don't belong in (ignoring the fact that all they belong on is the business end of a harpoon). Other things to do at the con:

- Beat the shit out of any gai-jin using the three words of Japanese they know. Use of "kawaii" receives an especially swift ass-kicking. In fact, I'm going to have to kick my own ass here just for using it as an example.
- Remember to bust out our "I've had sex and you haven't" t-shirts. I also decided that the back of mine needs to say "5 > 0."
- Pretty much anything else we can to promote a family-friendly atmosphere.
|
Looks like we might not know the con schedule for another week or so. One thing noted is that opening ceremonies are at 11 AM on Friday, and we so totally want to be there for that. Dealer's room opens at noon, which we don't give a shit about.

Beginnings (and maybe the ends) of a list of shit to remember to bring to Chicago:

- camera
- laptop to unload pictures if necessary
|
Oh yeah, and as another worthless note: I nearly went for a Red Data last night, and then I didn't. Just as well; I was only going to put in a max bid of $150 but it ended up going for $160. Looks like that's my fucking Alice game.

I already went ahead and placed a BBTS order... Sorry. I ordered 01, 02, and 04, so I still need to get 03 somewhere. I might just wait to see if maybe someone at the con has it, but if I order one from somewhere else that has any of them at comparable prices I'll let you know.

I'll probably place the HLJ order sometime this week. I may order from HobbySearch since they're a bit cheaper (but not by much) and have another figure I want. I'm going to wait it out a bit and see if HLJ just gets in the one that I want so I can get everything from one place, because HLJ has another figure that HS is sold out of.

That Columbia picture was pretty fucking sweet. Peter... I can see your house from here...

So I was trying to replay to your e-mail, but access4less webmail is fuct right now.

As for the HLJ order, I just want camel toe for now. Yuna was in previews a few months ago, so I'm thinking it'll be slightly cheaper when it's over here (previews price is listed at $25).

If you do place a BBTS order to get the first 2 BTs, could you tack one on for me. I don't really care which one because they're both pretty sweet, but I should probably just get one right now (as I've been blowing money lately and the con is less than 3 weeks away). After that I'll probably owe you some money.

That's it.
